Developing an HCC events and courses booking system which integrates with payment system (Civica) to provide a seamless user journey for users to search, view event information and book onto events.
Explored alternatives during discovery phase although other products could not meet business needs/integrate with payment system (Civica)/cost effective.
Conducted user research to ensure meeting user needs and intuitive to use.
Minimum viable product is being developed for Adult Family Learning, Libraries and Archive events and courses, although considering future developments including:
Arranging appointments, room and resource bookings etc.
