At HCC we've got varying levels of digital skills and we need to know what skills staff have to be able to identify any gaps or discover where some people may have digital skills which they don't get to fully utilise in their role and how the council can use the skills it has effectively with the aim of providing better services for our residents.
We're starting with a 10 minute survey and several focus groups to better understand digital needs, confidence and usage, the results of which will be used to work out where the need is and how to properly meet it.
