By April 2020 the five councils in Buckinghamshire will become a new unitary authority, called Buckinghamshire Council. We want to work with a strategic service design and digital development partner to iteratively develop a new website, content strategy and design system for the new council. The technologies used should be biased towards flexibility and change, as services are redesigned across local government and health. Through this project we want to define and grow the in-house digital skills we need for the future.
