My Rent Account underwent a successful iteration in December 2018. Since then, we have seen visitor numbers and payments made through the service rising steadily . Hackney are keen to keep improving this service but have come across a barrier to this which we would like to explore a solution to.
The current technology powering the service is not in-line with the 'core' technologies being used by the ICT department. This means that iterations can be slower than we would like.
This project aims to investigate the options for re-platforming the service onto the core tech stack at Hackney and also, if deemed appropriate, complete that work
