Description

Hackney's Registrar services are currently served through workflows build on an old version of MD Dynamics. The solution in place isn't broken but it's recognised that a better solution could be in place that would meet more needs of our users. 

A procurement exercise has been undertaken and the decision made to purchase Stopford's Registrar Management System (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/956789834827675)

The solution is being implemented in phases. Phase 1 is the implementation of Births/Deaths, European Settlement Scheme and Certificate Requests. It it anticipated that this will be live by the end of October 2019.

Hackney are using Gov.Notify to fulfill the requirement for a SMS and transaction email service.
