Description

To understand the initial processes people go through when they ask for help with social care from local government, and what their pain points are.

User research colleagues across Hackney, Croydon, Hertfordshire, Kent and Essex will be working together on this project.

We’ll use the results to learn how one council can use research from another council to improve the same statutory service.

Read Croydon's introductory blog and slides from a presentation about the story of the project.

All of our research will be on the user research library.

In October 2019, the project has gained funding support from Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MCHLG) Local Digital Fund.
